Grilled Salad

What better way to enjoy the last stitch of summer than with a farm fresh grilled salad? This one couldn’t get any easier.

Fresh Corn on the Cob
Green Beans
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil of choice

Brush grill with desired oil, heat. Shuck corn, slice tomatoes, and trim ends of green beans. Place fresh corn and tomato slices directly on the grill, tomato should be placed near indirect heat whereas corn can be over direct heat. Lightly toss green beans with oil and place in grill basket. Rotate/toss all vegetables periodically until cooked through. Remove from heat, trim corn off cobs, toss all veggies together with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
